first look , you are running an out of date version of Internet Explorer , you should be running IE 8

go to www.windowsupdate.com and choose "express" and do all the updates

you also seem to be running Nortons AND AVG

which run are you using as you should not run two antivirus

No nothing like that. It is legit, I am sure of that. I ran the Hijack this after cleanin up with Malawarebytes as recommended by another member on a previous post "Bank of Scotland Login". They suggested I post the Hijack this log separately to receive specific help on the log.

I am using AVG. The only time I had Norton was a free two week trial with the computer about two years ago. It showed up in the system tray after running Malawarebytes telling me that Norton Internet worm protection was turned off?? I have used the Norton tool you mentioned above to remove Norton and updated to IE8 and am now about to update AVG. I am not sure what is going on but I did have AVG 9 and I have been recieving regular Microsoft updates. I am extremely grateful for the help you are both giving me. I would not have a chance of resolving this without it.
