    Hi Skiddy,

My hard drive has 24% free space but this only equates to 828mb, tried defragging to free up some space but made no change. Is there any way of freeing up space on the hard drive.

download it and run it http://www.ccleaner.com/ccdownload.asp.... (note: you may not want to delete your cookies because thats the thing which saves your passwords in websites... unselect it in the "windows" and "application" tab. deselect "menu order cache", "autocomplete form history" and "saved form information".

run Ccleaner and it'l free up quiet a bit of space. also, click the "tools" tab on the left and uninstall the programs you dont need/use by selecting the program and clicking "run uninstaller" on the top-right.
