I cannot see any signs of a spyware infection though
I personally don't like all those entries in the trusted zone, like giving someone the keys to your house and saying "come on in whenever you like !!
but they are no real problem

Java, just click on download now http://www.java.com/en/download/index.jsp
Whats Java for/do The ability of web browsers to run Java applets has ensured the continuing use of Java by the general public. Flash is more widespread for simple interactive animations and developers are beginning to apply Ajax techniques in this area too. Java is often applied to more complex applications like Yahoo! Games and more recently, video players from multiple suppliers.

noticed you have some McAfee and Symantec (Norton) keys in your registry. what symantec program have you got?... if its a Antivirus, dissable it then startup... firewalls tend to clash with eachother and cause the system to become unstable.
did you install anything recently before the PC went dodgy?
if yes, remove it and specify here0 -

Removing Norton AntiVirus 2003 or earlier by using the Rnav2003.exe removal utility when Add/Remove programs failsEx forum ambassador

yeh, removing norton components should do the job, if not, put your McAfee protection to the bare minimum level, restart and see if your PC runs fine. it may simply be your mcafee settings which are blocking everything.
if the PC still runs like crap after puting your mcafee settings to minimum, remove McAfee, restart, re-install McAfee, restart. should work after that :j0
