My reaction I woudnt consider as OTT, the faults I state are faults they consider urgent, and want to sort asap.
I understand they might be sorted at services, but like I mentioned earlier I am not getting it serviced at suzuki
My wifes suzuki is going in for its recall next week and its not a problem for me as the car has been totally trouble free unlike most of my other new cars. The dealer servicing is also cheap @ £130 for 1st 2 services and the last major service @27k was £205. they also replaced the tyres like for like for £220 undercutting my best quotes inc costco and online
Its not a big issue esp when you look at some of the faults on other cars that should be a recall but customers are footing the bill when they fail0
