old singlepoint accounts

i used to have a singlepoint account, taken over by vodafone. i had phone for life cover, which meant that you got a new phone every year, no upgrade required. vodaphone took over and my useage has gone down, my bill gone up. anyone else had this experience. I was with singlepoint for about 5 years, not happy with vodafone.
