To add to this advice. This was not a fraud AGAINST you it was a mistake by the bank which you knowingly knew was yours.
The example given above is one where it can be argued that the person spent the money UNKNOWINGLY without realising since they were expecting a refund for fraud. You KNOWINGLY are aware of the mistake so tell the bank and get them to sort it out ASAP.

I totally agree!!! At least contact the bank immediately. It is not your money to spend! Get it sorted, before it gets you into trouble!!!
You never know! Maybe it was intended to hit your account twice!! :rotfl:
