My experience with 3 mobile network

Hi,
I have been with the 3 mobile network for nearly 3 years now and I have found that over time their selling approach has become extremely aggressive. I have an 18 month contract with 3 and apparently at 14months I am eligible for a "free" upgrade. I am now in my 14th month and I get calls almost twice a day now from 3 to ask me why I am not upgrading.

Actually, once my contract is up I am planning on leaving 3 anyway due to the fact that their call centre people are very persistent and won't take no for an answer. Sometimes they even joke around but don't realise that they are being quite personal.

I just wanted to know has anyone else experienced this? I am thinking of changing to Orange in Feb 2010 and I hope my experiences with them are alot better!

If anyone could advise I would be greatly appreciative. I don't want to leave one horrendous situation and walk into another one.
