Glad it went well for you. You deserve a nice cuppa now.
When you have caught your breath let us know how it all went. Days in court accounts are always helpful for those yet to do it.BSCno.87The only stupid question is an unasked oneLoving life as a Kernow Hippy0 -
Well done, fingers crossed for the OR call, interested to hear that you are getting a call today...is that just an initial hello...the court part is not bothering me too much but it is the OR bit that is making me feel sick! lol (dreading next wk)
Hope all works out for you both.
FWAPBR Nov 2009 thinking about the future for the first time in 3 yrs!:j first step to moving on! plus will never ever sign anything for anyone in business ever again!0 -
Fool, it will be the initial hello and telling you your responsibilities and asking what account you use etc. This sometimes happens at court and sometimes they phone you with in a few days at home. It depends on the OR's office and how busy they are to how they operate.
You then get a letter outlineing what you need to send them and some forms to sign and a date for the OR's interview.BSCno.87The only stupid question is an unasked oneLoving life as a Kernow Hippy0 -
Thanks guys,
Its all a bit surreal really. Sitting in main courthouse bit was the worst. But that was only cos we were only ones there and everyone else seemed to have a purpose and I felt (incorrectly) that everyone was looking at us and we had a big red warning triangle over our heads say 'warning......insolvent persons alert'!
The court official was lovely, offered me the whole box of tissues, even though i thought i was holding it together quite but obviously not lol
Didnt need to see the judge (on our officials papers they've spelt it JODGE - wonder if that makes it null and void???? lol).
Waiting for phonecall is worst i think, every time phone rings we have a heartattack. Think we'll be ok though, too late now for worrying as its done and dusted.......just the home straight now and between us guys, i am quite looking forward to EGG ringing.....hope i get the same snotty woman who told me and my husband to just feed the kids and think of it as a diet!!!0 -

How very dare that person.
Reminds me, I had a explosive chat with my friends down at NR yesterday, the fool on the phone thought I was falling for his trick to dupe me for the shortfall on the mortgage.
But that's another thread....
