You will be OK...
You should have a cafe in the court, just go in there and have a tea or coffee and RELAX ~~~ Then go to the pub for a drink afterwards...  :beer:Stuart0 -
The majority of courts will require 3 copies of the forms from you. There are a few who will want either 1 or 2 but these are few.
Most courts are accomodating and if you have had problems will photocopy the extra for you but it is best to be prepared before hand.
The copies go to the court, the OR and a set to you.BSCno.87The only stupid question is an unasked oneLoving life as a Kernow Hippy0 -

Morning 3 clicks
I don't want to criticise because I vowed never again to come across all knowing 'and all that' but you keep getting yourself into hot water on the boards with conflicting and sometimes untrue advice and I think I know why
you're using the insolveny helpline to quote from which I know myself is not totally accurate, best to quote from insolvency service if any thing http://www.insolvency.gov.uk/ as they are bankruptcy and everything to do with it.
We had to have 3 copies of forms as did many others on here who have posted in the past. I know you're trying to help and keep coming back posting but I wanted to just try to ease some of the grief and bad feeling.
it's 9.08 OP will be there and it will nearly be all over for her :T0 -
