Problems with Computershare childcare vouchers

I have a small nursery and I found that Computershare have witheld £1700 of payments from my parents to myself because they claim we owed them the money. Addmittedly Computershare did continue to send me paymens after one of my children had left but as I am not very good at checking my paperwork I hadn't noticed but as soon as this was brought to my attention then I sent them a cheque for the full amount. Now checking my finances this afternoon, I find that the cheque i sent them was cashed and then a month later they witheld the payments to me after they had been released by the parents to the tune of £1700!! Its daylight robbery and I wonder how many other nursery providers are missing their payments and don't realise. Reading the many problems previously I think that they make alot of 'IT errors', 'teething problems' etc in the hope that they go un-noticed as I am sure may of them do. If I can find the time I shall be writing to my MP and contacting watchdog.0

hmph. What can I say about these people? They cause more problems than they are worth for Employers/Parents/Child Carers alike. Their disgraceful training of the Customer Support Team is shockingly basic, if you have a complaint dont bother calling the call centre. The sad thing is, these people are like you and I. Simply need to make a living, however, handed the least possible tools to complete the job and then forced on the phone and their improvisation methods are put to the test. If anyone moans, thats it-hated by management, possibly forced out of their job by poor management controlled by their personal feelings. The 'little' people on the phone/behind the scenes are promised futures, good money, security, and reality is, if you dont do things the way they want you to do it (perfectly, without any assistance) your off, hated, managed out. The illness that I witnessed a very close friend of mine go through is unforgivable. DONT use this company, go through anyone else, plead with your Employer to change companies, they are one of the most expensive, least helpful, corporate giants that I have ever had the displeasure of coming across.
To the people that I know and care about that have connections to this company, I wish you all the best for your futures and sincerely hope that you can rise from whatever depths this company have sank you to. Management will be running around the office Monday trying to decide the best way to deal with this review as well. CLOSE0
