Do you realise what exactly these companies do?

They write a letter to your creditor requesting the credit agreement. Thats it. Something so simple, you can do yourself.

They effectively send a letter, most likely by 2nd class post, for £1000. I am guessing that is probably one of the most expensive letters you'll ever have to pay for.

Evidently the search facility isn't working again.
  • I had a very good proffessional service from a similar company and they cleared my debts along with their fee for using their service. I think if you have found a reputable company and you are in a debt situation anyway companies such as these that know the law can work really well for you.

really? and you don't think paying £900 for sending maybe 3 letters is a tad steep? The information on how to do it yourself is freely available and people will go through the CCAs with you free too... why would you want to pay £900 to the leeches (would have said vultures but Fermi already used that comparison ;) ) for doing it?
Actually - tell you what - pay me £800 and I'll send them for you! Saving you £100! Bargain!

If I paid you £800 i would have lost £800 not saved £100 as I said I put the fees on my credit card, the debt on the credit card was wiped along with the fee I used the card to pay with, so in effect the service cost me £0.

    I qualified and I won!!!!!!

And how did you pay for the fee ? How does anyone actually pay these fees ???

Do you use a credit card by any chance ?
