  • hiya foo if you have a pond shop or 99p shop check in them as ive been stocking up on these
  • Remember that John Lewis are 'never knowingly undersold' so if it's on offer somewhere else they will match it in John Lewis.

The oil in the 99p shops is similar to bio-oil but in my experience you get what you pay for and the 'real' bio-oil is amazing!

are you sure that isn't the re-gen oil? Very similar in packaging. Never heard of a 200ml bottle being in a poundshop before, i'd be stocking up lol I know the one they have in my local poundland (small bottle) is the regen oil.

I kept an eye on the price through the day and as soon as one went up the other matched until they both came back down to where they are now lol I agree can't beat this stuff, but if its true and bio oil is in the 99p stores i'll be making a trip!

Glad I'm not alone! I tried the pound shop version- not the same IMO, Scars (new one I got after a fall) did not fade as much as with the bio oil- normally by now (2 months of use) the redness has faded when I use Bio oil, not with the pound shop version. Its still red! I might as well have not used it!

I dont think the oil from the 99p store is Re-gen oil but another copy.. the Re-gen oil I bought from aldi and is also available on Amazon is amazing ..equally as good as Bio oil but much cheaper ..I have been using it for 6 weeks now at night after cleansing and it has made such a difference to the lines around my eyes and the scrunched up lines on my cheeks from side sleeping .. they have really faded and I have started to get comments on "how well I look" it also has a lovely faint fragrance from the lavendar and rose oils which I find very soothing.. this is a lovely oil which I will always use.:T
