    what is bio oil used for? I've got a bottle (had it for ages) but not sure what to do with it??!

    Do you have a genuine bottle? It tells you on the bottle what it's for- scars , stretch marks etc

    Why bring an old thread back? I was excited before I spotted the old date:mad:
    MSE should delete old grabbits to avoid confusion!

    Post it to me...:rotfl::rotfl:

    Its a great absorbent oil good for scars or stretch marks. I use as a body moisturiser and it gives my skin a lovely glow too!

    my little boy has a big scar on his forehead after a fall, and I was wondering about using bio oil on it - is it OK to use on children?

    :) Thanks. Can't see anything on there about it being unsuitable for chidren, so I guess that means it's ok. Will give it a try
