Dell

I placed an order for a Dell 5000 this week under the Buy Now Pay Nov 2005 offer. Just read the credit agreement contract and Dell will charge a £49 Early Payment Fee if the balance is paid in full after the holiday period. Do you reckon it is possible to cancel my order and get my deposit back? I have not signed anything as yet, only paid the 10% deposit.

It's been such a hassle speaking to Dell. This is the second time they have had to re-issue my invoice and lease agreements as they sent me the specs of a totally different computer with a different price to the one I phoned in for. They also try to actively encourage customers to fax back the agreement and discourage return of documents by post. :(
