I maight sound a little dim, but do i have to know the dates of my loans, i can't remember them. I've had 2 car finance loans with blackhorse. Is it worth trying?

Hi Peggy

Your not dim.......:D, sometimes it can be difficult to remember dates of when we have taken out finance, so not to worry, and yes defo worth trying for, go for it.;)

You should be fine to complain without start dates etc but try to put as much information as you can in your complaint letter so they can trace it back to you. ie. name and address of time of loan, rough dates and if you have any old bank statements then your account number may be on them.
