Hi
I want to get a second computer as now homework timetables clashing and kids are queing to use computer. Have been looking at refurbished models and came across this:
http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/FUJITSU-PI3410-AMILO-DESKTOP-TOWER-V1-REFURBISHED_W0QQitemZ330371615938QQcmdZViewItemQQptZUK_Computing_DesktopPCs?hash=item4cebaeccc2
this looks resonable to me but would like some advice as I have never gone for refurbished model before. This company deals with argos clearance lines and is offering a 12 month warranty.
Thanks

This is not a bad machine, obviously it doesnt come with a screen so you would have to get one of those as well.
however, shop around you can get some decent new machines for £300 Check out Aria.co.uk and there home systems before buying anything.0 -

I will look around. Forgot to mention I have a monitor from older computer which has ground to a halt now so wont need screen.

You could see if Dell outlet has anything up to the job - better than buying off eBay IMO.

Your first choice is good, especially if you already have a monitor. You are buying from Argos, so reliable after sales service to be expected.
No one has come up with a similarly low priced alternative, so go ahead.0 -
What about this one for £150. It's new but will they like the OS?

I have looked at Aria and there are some good deals on their website. Has anyone used them before.
