TR2 form - where do I sign?

No, this looks right. I assume:
1) there is a covenant associated with the Title. (eg an associated document, perhaps very old - under which ALL owners must agree to do something/or not do something. Like permit the neighbours access via the garden, or allow drains to go across the land, or not to put up satellite discs or........)
2) your solicitor has done a good job by telling you to sign, showing your where (with the sticky!), and telling you to use witnesses.
Doesn't matter that much exactly where, just sign above/next to the witnesses.

Brill - thanks for the advice. I squeezed my signature in at the side of the witness details and signature.
Yes, there is a deed of covenant. (It's a very old building, only recently converted into flats so there are some long-standing commitments associated with it.)
Have now sent this off.0
