It winds me up your hubby doing that-how many times have you passed on an invitation to do something and not done it because him inside wouldnt want you to since you get so little time together! Then he does it instead? Stinks that does. Stinks of the ol double standard.
*big sigh* I know Bunny, I know.....
And we have 'his' friends coming on Sunday so I will have to be entertaining.
Although I am going to have good fun winding him up prior to them coming. He gets really worked up that I might not be on my best behaviour! Actually he did something a couple of weeks ago that REALLY !!!!!! me off and I am still plotting to get him back...Quality is doing something right when no one is looking - Henry Ford

Sammy, I know you are right about my job and I have the full and utter backing of my current (lovely) manager-she KNOWS EXACTLY what we have all been going through-thats why she is leaving and is putting in a letter detailing everything to HR when she leaves.
Proplem I have is I put and happy face on it, laugh smile and just carry on (whereas my 2 friends I work with and really like are like robots and just carry on, heads down and work like robots) I come home and dread each and every moment because I know it is taking me closer to going back to work. Im not a stupid person, but I second guess everything I do at work and have not had 1 day of formal training in the year I have been there.Empty pockets never held anyone back, only empty heads and empty hearts can do that -Peale0 -

I have decided something.
I am going to the Dr tomorrow and going to speak to them about time off.Empty pockets never held anyone back, only empty heads and empty hearts can do that -Peale0 -
Would it be so bad to go and work somewhere else for a bit. You need to go and get your confidence back somewhere else. The last job I was in before this I could have done standing on my head....but because I was always second guessing what the idiot boss would pick on me for next I was always making stupid mistakes and I came to dread getting up in the morning....
You won't get any thanks for staying where you are. The only thing you risk is people saying that you can't stick at a job. But who cares what people think, its your health, your emotional well being.....Quality is doing something right when no one is looking - Henry Ford

Agree with Sammy on this one - the faster you can get out the better - my job before the one I had now was terrible I felt sick going into to work because my boss was a bully...the best thing I ever did was leave!
Sammy on your OH - I guess it depends - I know you dont have much time together but if he is working hard all week a quick stop in on a mate on Friday isnt too bad is it - it just gives him a chance to let off steam before he comes home...why dont you ask him for a suggestion of something nice to do together on Saturday during the day? Just a thought...0 -

:T You need to take control of the situation before it drags you deeper down, if that's some time out then go for it.
One thing that's really come to the forefront lately in my mind is that we only get one go at all this "life" stuff so make it work for you. It shouldn't always have to be such a struggle."Start every day off with a smile and get it over with" - W. C. Field.0
