I caved in and took the car to work on Friday
I managed to make an excuse out of having a headache and some stuff take to the office. I'm determined that next week I'll only take it on the days that I need the car to go to off site meetings.........OH didn't believe that I'd do it at all last week and was amazed that I walked even one day. I probably should find that motivating but I think I'd find it easier if he'd said he was totally confident that I'd do it! Fickle, me, never.... I was so close to buying some stuff yesterday (as it was bogof) but i resisted temptation! Luckily I can get my magazine fix at work...:o0 -
No slip ups for me this week and I think I will have sport on TV all afternoon to avoid the dreaded beauty day. Not tempted so far with the bits I have seen thankfully however I need to avoid it rather than control today

Yay i got through my first week with no problems:j, no credit card used and i went shopping twice for presents, took cash both times and came back with change and plenty of gifts both times too so i proved to myself it can be done, no mags and not even been tempted and i've done my pad every day. Hi, Can I join in?? I think that I need all the help and support I can get! for me the 3 things are:-
1) No ready meals
2) No buying toiletries/cleaning stuff unless I have completely run out.
3) not to use credit card, need to cut it up or freeze it in a block of ice i think!
4) need to start padding properly as well!
