DLA and Housing Benefit

I am in receipt of the lower mobility rate of DLA. Does this affect my HB in any way? The first person I spoke to said I would no longer be subject to the "under 25 rule" for HB. The next 2 people I spoke to said DLA only affects my HB if I am in receipt of the care component? Who, if any, is right? :confused:

Looks like they've forgotten it. Give your local office a ring, ask to speak to the IB dept and query it?
