Multiple mobile phones..

Hi - first of all apologies if this has been asked before - there is a lot to trawl through on this site!

My wife and i are about to come to an end of our 18month 3 contract - not before time as we get an awful reception!! Is there such a thing as a multiple phone contract - or shall we go down the two handsets/two contracts route - we currently pay in the region of £35-£40 per month.

You might be able to go onto a business contract which will allow a number of users to be on the same contract

    Hi

I have had an orange contract for 3 years and this Summer I added another phone to it (for my son who ported his number from O2). It was better to add to my account as I had a better deal.

I would contact Orange to see what they can offer you. Say that you're thinking of leaving current provider. I know that sometimes you get a better deal because of the loyalty issue but don't take what you're offered straight away - unless you're really happy with it. Try this number 08000790440. Two phones, two numbers in one account name would be my suggestion.

What are you getting for your £35-£40. My hubby has 1100 mixed (txt and minutes) with 3 for £20 per month.

    Good luck
  • Don't O2 do a family tariff or am I dreaming?

Not much I agree. With Orange I get 600 mins unlimited texts and 500MB internet for £20.
  • I have vodafone contract with 2 phones and a usb internet dongle, i also added the vodafone family to the service a my son has a pay as you go and you know what kids can be like with credit, but this means if his credit has run out due to the family pack he can ring me or his dad, so has worked great for us and if your calling each other a lot too it doesn't use your free package mins
