Simplyfy Digital Tiscali Cashback offer

Has anyone signed up to the Tiscali cash back offer and had problems since signing up?

After a long call with the 'expert' on the phone. I was signed up to the wrong package. I've called Simplyfy Digital and Tiscali and neither are taking responsibilty for the error. They've already contacted my existing provider for the Broadband and BT, so I'm worried that I might end up with nothing if I cancel.

I'm persevering with getting it sorted as I have 8 days before my account goes live.

I'm just interested to see if anyone else has had a similar experience.
