Hi yes I too got done by EXPERIAN CREDIT like you , and tbh it took weeks to get sorted out. I kept noticing on my monthly bank statements that they were taking money out and like you I did this online and couldnt find a phone number or address to them .:mad: I went to the bank and I was also told that even by changing my card they would still be able to steal my money, this went on for 3 months , the problem is its in the very very small print that you cant seem to find !!:mad: never ever again will I get caught out like this its daylight robbery . I do wish you a speedy outcome to this and please keep us informed if you would.0

After spending hours yesterday trying to get the address to return the product, this is an email I recieved from the lady in the live chat room at dazzle white. I am posting it on here so that anyone else who has been caught out by these people can return the product for their money back without having the runaround which I had yesterday.
Return InstructionsAs per your request for Return Instructions. Please follow the Instructions below exactly as outlined when returning your product to ensure proper handling of refund. Make sure to select the return address for the applicable Country you live in.. 1. Always make sure the product you are returning is within the 60 day Money Back Guarantee time. 2. Clearly mark your Original Order ID number on the outside of the package being returned. 3. Ask to insure the package against loss. 4. Always ask for a Return Tracking number. I only ordered the goods on 28th October, I rang the company in U.S on 29th October and cancelled my 'membership' they gave me a cancellation number but I have very little faith in this. They sent me the same e mail they did to you, with regards to returns. As of today, I have not received any products from them and am now worried I will not get them returned within the time scale of 30 days. I cannot contact them by e mail as each time I do it comes back unrecognised. After reading your thread, I have today sent a letter to my credit card company advising that I have cancelled this so called membership and have asked for their help in not allowing any payments to this company. My credit card statement shows that the initial P & P fee was taken by a company called 'beuty club' - think the spelling says it all. I feel that if I dont receive these goods they will just continue to take the monthly fee. I too am at my wits end.0

It is a nightmare cinzano. I am not too sure about this but I think the general gist is, if you haven't recieved the goods and have paid for them using your credit card you may be able to get your money back from your credit card for breech of contract, and they can then stop this so called company taking anymore money from your account. If may be worth ringing them and asking. If I get anymore info I will post it on here. Keep me informed how you get on and I will do the same, good luck.0

I have just rang consumer rights for advice, but as it is U.S. based they cannot offer any assistance, only that I speak to my credit card company and sit it out and wait to see if they take any further funds.0

Thought I had got to the bottom of this but alas no. I have just looked online at my credit card statement (as I now check it on a daily basis), and this company have taken another £27 under another name (smilebright) I have spoken to my crdit card provider and they have been very helpful, because I had proof that my subscription had been cancelled and I had forwarded a copy of the email stating that "I wished to cancel any agreement that I have with any companies you represent and revoke authority to charge my card" they are going to refund the money and monitor my account for me. This seems to be never ending.0
