Do you still get bank charges today?
Did the charges get worse in the last 6 months?

How is the account which is closed on a plan to repay the overdraft causing you financial hardship today?

my income does not cover my expenditure,i am in arrears with my mortgage,
The overdraft is 1100 ,and other things including credit cards etc ,which add up to 9k payplan debt

Still not seeing it but I am seeing other things like credit card reclaiming which will reduce that. Is the arrears being paid off, getting worse or staying the same?

i dont understand what you cant see, enlighten me please
  • You can only claim Financial hardship on an account which is currently active. Amazingly as it sounds you cant say to the bank which is a closed account and state its currently causing you financial hardship as a direct reslt of their charges because the account is closed.
If you see a penny, pick it up, all day long you'll have good luck !!!!!! :D

when i say it is closed i may be wrong, still get a statement off them, but it just shows my negative balance which is being paid off.

But do you have credit card charges that you can reclaim?
