What network will allow me to use 1899

What network would allow me to use the cheap phone thingy like 1899 without charging me my "standard rate" (10p per min).

I'm getting a dual sim cardi in my phone and would like to take advantage of deals such as 1899 etc

The likes of 1899 have seperate 0208 or 0800 access numbers for cable/mobile users,and different rates in some cases.

So you have to dial their 0208 number at your standard rate to gain access,unless your on a Orange Contract that still allows free 0800 calls.

What destinations are you trying to reach on the cheap,what network are you on at moment.Payg or Contract?

i'm currently on vodafone PAYG, when i type in 1899 prefix number it states - " this call will be charged at your standard rate" - i was just hoping for cheap calls to other mobs and landlines within the UK via this route. Works lovely on a landline
