They were a NIGHTMARE last year when I was trying to get a DS for my daughter. I ordered one which they said was in stock, took my money then nothing for 2 weeks . I tried to contact them several times then FINALLY they admitted they had none and weren't sure if they would have before Christmas it then took OVER 4 WEEKS to get my money back. They are a disgraceful company and I would strongly advise anybody not to deal with them. I know some people have had no problems but this fabulous thread speaks for itself!

  • I had a similar experience to you sarriep. They also tried to charge me interest on a 10p charge they levied for something ridiculous- by the time i relaised it was abut £4. They threatened to take me to court until I was exremely rude to a manager - after about 6 phone calls i ventually tolf them they could whistle for it. Obviously not worth their while so they cancelled it :)

  • Stopped using them too, as their delivery was always too high unless it was a big order - and you rarely get everything you've ordered.

And TBH their prices arent that great; you can get same if not better quality cards & wrap in supermarkets etc for a similar cost - and no postage or hassle.
