Got to agree about studio, know a few people who have been ripped off with the postage and their custom service reps are the rudest ever!0

I wouldn't touch Studio with a barge pole! I got a red letter demand for payment BEFORE the statement! Customer service is non-existent.0

Thanks Guys & Gals. This is great advice and exactly what the forum is all about. I have no experience of this company and was temped to deal, but will not touch them with a bargepole now if so many people have had problems. Ill take my business to someone who treats me fair.0

i have a catalogue that i was thinking about ordering from next month, now will not!

I havent had a single problem, saying that i have only ordered twice, everything has come on time and i always pay my bill ONLINE as soon as my items arrive.
There's nothing else i need from studio so i probably wont order agagin, but i thought i would offer a balanced view that not everyone has problems with them.
But i do get a little annoyed as they must send me out 3 new catalogues / sales books a month which is just a complete waste of paper.:TIs thankful to those who have shared their :T

But I've had no problems with them!! Had two orders from them this year and all well. However, postage is steep so need to use a code.Please do not quote spam as this enables it to 'live on' once the spam post is removed.

ive been with studio for around 8 yrs now and touch wood have never had a problem, i only order a few bits at a time and keep a close eye on it thoughnow proud mum to 3 handsome boys :j latest one born 10/10/11:j0

I hate studio. They charge too much for postage and you never know if your free delivery code has worked until after you are charged! I was charged £20 on a few occasions, i would never deal with them again!Man who run into airport turn-styles is going to Bangkok
