Be careful - I ordered from there several items, only one got delivered, but they charged me the full postage cost and told me to reorder the other stuff in 2 weeksAlways on the hunt for a bargain0

I wish Studio/24Studio/Studio24 etc could be banned from MSE. Simply purchasing a few cheap items can cause so much heartache and stress.
If you are about to become a customer please be warned that they will do a credit check on you, search your electoral register information, pass on your details to other credit agencies.
They will kindly send you your items with an invoice, effectively you pay after you receive them. If you do not pay on time they will sting you with a £20 late payment penalty.
Their customer service is non existant. You will spend hours on the phone getting nowhere. They will use any excuse to fob you off. Remember the tins of Cadburys Roses saga?

i had a ferw problems with studio mainly my own doing...i order about 250 worth of stuff from them and ended up paying almost 400 pound all in all due to charges being added.
i filled outa financial statement and they told me i could pay 20 per month (at the time my minimum payment was 10) i was told they would freeze the interest but them i got into a disagreement with one woman and she put a note on teh system saying that they wouldnt freeze the interest under any circumstances as i was being 'difficult'....eventually about a year later i realised she was talking out her behibnd and i have now had the intrest frozen so my 20 per month pays off the balance...i have 38 left and it has been going on for over 3 years
their stuff is nice and i will say just orderr a lil at a time then pay them straight away when you get the invoice do not make the minimum payment just pay the balance or else you will be stung for ridiculous interest and late payment charges.
just talking from experience

I must have been lucky with Studio cards, been a customer for a few years and always order things for xmas from them, plus the odd piece of furniture and not had problems. Last year I got a lovely tree from them and it had got slightly damaged in the post, I rang them up and they let me have it for half price, you could not see the bit that had come off the base so I got a bargain.0

I too have never had a problem with them, but I do order bits at a time rather than something I can't afford to pay off at once so I don't get charged interest.
This is not a bad offer really, and just ordered about £25 worth of bits I need and will pay off in one go.0 -
dont go near this company... they set up a credit agreement in my name without my permission, i told them i was paying by card. they took my card details, tried to charge me afterwards as well. it was cleared up eventually, but it took over a year for them to close my credit account, which had i never asked for. totally utterly rubbish, and the stuff can all be found elsewhere anyway.0

i WAS a customer for years, but left them cus they were so rude when i had a problem with a order, and when i did place a order, half of it was out of stock, and had to pay postage again to have it delivered.

avoid studio they r the worse ive come across for a long time, i only ordered 5 pairs of pjs and had to phone 5 times in order to get the iteams after being told they are in, then not in, are in, not in etc etc when i did get iteams 1 by 1 after putting order in together(new costumer free p&p) had to pay p&p(£4.99)3 times which after a strong phone call and talking to a duty manager after thretaning to go to watchdog i finaly got all the p&p credit to my account so unless u ready for a war STAY AWAY love lea and dave (ps we very rarely coment on here but really thought we had to here)
ooooooooo also due to post strike (they say)ive not recieved my statment to pay so knowing it was on way i phoned and pay in full(to avoid any charger apr etc etc but still not recieved my statment after they said they sent it out 3 week ago :S:S:S another money scan one may think0 -
I used to love this company until they sent me 7 yes 7 christening plates and tried to insisit that I had ordered them...hmm, I had not ordered any plates of any description! Customr service basically told me I must have ordered them, they didn't even think it weird that anyone would order 7 christening plates:mad:. It took me months to sort the problem out.
