T- mobile contract help
Hello everyone.
i took a contract out with T - Mobile last week for the Nokia 8500 and it was sent and received by last friday. i had a problem with the phone where it kept turning it self off and the screen kept going blank so there was a problem with the phone i rang them and they sent me out a new one and collected the faulty one. now that came yesterday and the same thing is happening with that one. does any one know if i call them if they can give me a different handset because obviously i dont have any faith in this one any more as it has happened with 2 of the phones. and if they can keep me on the tariff i am on now?
thanks for any help

If you took the contract out over the phone then Notify t-mobile you wish to return the phone under the distance selling regulations if you are still within the first 7 days of the new contract.0
