Just phoned them up because i've lost that stupid card reader for online banking and found out there's a £6 charge for a new one!! I never wanted the stupid thing in the first place so why should i have to pay out for a new one. I know its my fault for losing it, but they're so small its not hard to do. I wonder how much…
