Im on a contract with 02. Is there a number i can ring to find out how many free minutes and texts i have left?
Is this only available with pay as you go to get your credit or can u phone to find out what u have left????

Normally o2 are 48 hours behind (and charge this way which I think is scandalous) but they are now 5 days behind - no update since 28th may - what are OTELO doing?!I think....0

I agree that the minute checker is an optional extra - however (and not a lot of people may know this) o2 charge for whatever calls have hit your account before their billin gdate - thus if your billing date is the 10th but on the 10th only calls up to the 7th have been posted to your a/c then any minutes you use on the 8th and 9th will get charged to the following months bill.
Surely this doesn't correspond with the contract which states x inclusive minutes per billing cycle.
On occasion I have made 300 mins of calls in the last tow days of my billin gcycle so as not to waste non-rollover minutes only to have them taken out of the following months allowance.I think....0
