So the amount he has to pay through the CCJ was dropped to £15 per month after her was made redundant (rather than nil as you seemed to think) and he has now wracked up huge fees and interest on a bank account woithout really spending anything.

So he is not exactly spending money as doing a good osterich imitation and being a bit of a financial idiot not closign a fee-charging account.

I suggest you come over to the DFW forum and sit down together and do a Statment of Affairs. Then you can work togetehr on sorting this out.
