Vodafone, Cancelled contract, still no money back: Ideas?

Hi.

I need some advice regarding a contract cancellation.
I was with Vodafone, cancelled within 14 days, but was still billed the termination fee (~£400).

I have now received an updated bill for £0, but they still have my money. I've been into the vodafone store, and they keep saying it will be done in 10 working days, but this has been about 3 months now, and i'm getting pretty frustrated.

Does anyone know how I can escalate this, or get it resolved?

    as its been going on so long just go to small claims court https://www.moneyclaim.gov.uk costs 30 odd quid that you add to the claim.
    once you submit it expect a resolution from vodafone within days :j

    I had looked (briefly) into small claims, but this was exactly what I was looking for.
    I should pay you solicitors fees ;)

    I can imagine that this delay is making your life difficult, especially in the run up to Christmas.

    Rather that paying extra money to follow Snakeeyes advice, it would be easier for you to get in touch with me here.

    Same thing happend to me...I had 2 contracts but cancelled one as my sister had no network coverage at her uni halls. I was billed the termination fee. When I rang firstly they said I returned the phone after 14 days, they denied receiving the phone. I have had the contract with them since March and since then I have been over charged, or charged for taking extra packages for somthing that I hadnt even taken out. I have been charged for a business line and a tv package which i rang and cancelled and 2 months later was being charged again. I was in my final month of pregnancy and was getting very very stressed so I went to my local store and they resolved the issue. You get no where with the phonecalls.

    Its quite sad as I changed contract over form orange hoping to get better network coverage but seems like vodafone like to mess people up.

    Any more errors and im making a small courts claims
