Please not the Victoria one though - its filthy and on the nosiest road ever!!!
Have you tried the travelodge in Southbank - thats usually lots cheaper and isnt too far from ToL...edit the cheapest one for 4th is Docklands or Battersea - docklands would be better (right side of london but is still a trip on DLR)...
Also there's premier inn on Eccleston Sq which has just opened so might be doing cheaper rates...then there's some decent looking places on Hugh St (by Victoria)...or you could try by London Bridge - there are some places near there (think Hypno stayed in one when FLM was on)...0 -
