email notification not working

Since yesterday, or maybe even longer, I have not been receiving any email notifications, neither for PMs nor for threads I am subscribed to.

Is anybody else experiencing this problem?

It does seem to be a bit haphazard just now,I subscribe to a busy thread and get the odd ont or two

I would also like to know if there is a solution to this problem as it seems to be happening all the time for me now.

I didn't receive any notifications for months, then I changed email address from Yahoo to Gmail and they started working again.

So I don't know if it was a probelem with Yahoo or if changing my email address kick-started them again

I changed my email address to one that definitely has no spam filters applied to. Now I am receiving notifications again.

While other emails continue to arrive at my freeuk.com address, it would appear that freeuk.com are now spam filtering messages from moneysavingexpert.com.

Anyone know what happens with trying to get AOl to accept emails, all of a sudden they stopped coming, AOL say it is not a fault with them.
Yes I know what people think of AOL, unfortunately I work using my AOL account and would be a nightmare to swap now.
