T-Mobile have been a nightmare for me recently

First I have a very old tarriff with T-mobile free local/national and x network calls after 7pm and at weekends +75 text messages

I have been with T-Mobile since its early days and never had a problem.

In September I noticed when I checked my balance that T_mobile started charging me for calls during my call allowance. I telephoned several times and and was told to wait until the end of sept for a recalculation of my bill. It was really stressful cause each day my bill was rising and rising.

At the beginning of October I was passed onto a team leader who relooked at my bill and noticed there was almost 60 quid worth of calls I should not of been charged for.

The team leader said he would wipe these charges, which I expected anyway.

I asked him about compensation and he said he would credit sixty quid to my account which will show up at the beginning of my next bill (2nd November).

I telephoned c/s again and was told there was no notes on my account regarding the compensation payment, only for the calls i was wrongly charged for in sept.

Five calls later I was meant to get a call back from a team leader but no call I telephoned again and off loaded once more to another team leader who informed me she would take ownership of my account.

I gave her the name of the first team leader and the second team leader who did not call back. She has offered me 30 quid, but as 60 was agreed and offered i am inclined to accept, the team leader said she will try and chase the recording of the call and will contact the first team leader who agreed the compensation.

I am really ticked with this, what do people think?
Trinidad - I have a number of needs. Don't shoot me down if i get something wrong!!

Sometimes you have to accept lower offers but i would keep pressing for £60, when BT failed to install my phone line the call centre staff said they would pay for the days i had to take off work as BT OpenReach constantly failed to show up, when they were landed with a bill of ~£350 they were less inclined to cough up, after discussions i got about £160 of the last person dealing with my case to bring it to a close.
Although no trees were harmed during the creation of this post, a large number of electrons were greatly inconvenienced.

There are two ways of constructing a software design: One way is to make it so simple that there are obviously no deficiencies, and the other way is to make it so complicated that there are no obvious deficiencies
  • They made a simple error, and corrected it...why should you get compensation...its people like you that try to sponge as much money as possible and thus ruin it for others...the problems solved so move on and stop moaning because they did not give you something for free..
