mmm i guess its easy to confuse a floor mat with a dyson, if if they had the same product number the person picking the item should have realised he should have picked a floor mat which is easy to cary and not a dyson which is heavy
It was more thank likely city-llink's driver who left the wrong item rather than wrong item being picked at warehouse, that's what I reckon anyway. If she had been in she would have known simply by the shape of it but it was her dad I think who accepted it. On second thoughts, it was addressed to her so must have been a warehouse thing
