It was more thank likely city-llink's driver who left the wrong item rather than wrong item being picked at warehouse, that's what I reckon anyway. If she had been in she would have known simply by the shape of it but it was her dad I think who accepted it. On second thoughts, it was addressed to her so must have been a warehouse thing

They're based in Jersey, but I presumed English law as that's where I assumed it was delivered (hence why I specifically put in post "presumed English law" since I'd have thought they'd have to pursue the defendent in defendent's juristiction). If it's Jersey law then they have 10 years to claim (their term of prescription is set in case law rather than UK's statutes) so not sure how that helps??
