my landing has no radiator, and although i dont actually use it for anything, it would be nice too have a bit of warmth on the landing.
i'm considering buying a small oil filled radiator just to put on for a couple of hours a night. but before i do i want to find out the running costs.
any advice please??

By small, I assume you mean low powered?
These can range from around 400Watts(0.4kW to 2000Watts(2kW)
They are thermostatically controlled so the heater cuts in and out depending on the temperature: so this will determine the running cost. However on a landing the heater is likely to be on quite a bit of the time.
If you work on a figure of a 1kW heater costing approx 10p an hour to run, you can figure out the costs for different sizes.0 -
Just a quick note to say Netto have one for sale at £19.99 we are going to pick one up on Monday when they get them in our local shop.
