Need key cut from code Cisa Astral S lock.

Hi,

I bought a new eurolock from screwfix (cisa astral s). It come with 3 keys, but I need a couple of spares. Local DIY shop cannot cut, as they need to be cut by code, and the instructions do not say how to get additional keys.

Does anyone know of an online site, where I can order keys for this lock?

Cheers

Try a locksmith rather than a DIY place - you have got the document with the code on it haven't you? I wouldn't get it done over the internet TBH.

Alternatively you couyld ring CISA and ask them where near you you can get this done.

Tried a locksmiths this morning, they claim the keys are manufacturer controlled, and they can supply at £22 per key, plus a £11 admin fee.

Going to try a couple more places.

Timpson have just quoted me £20 per key with 2-3 days lead time.

Does this seem reasonable?? At the moment it would be as cheap to scrap the lock, and buy a replacement on ebay (same lock) with a couple of additional keys - 4.99 - but only at time of purchase.

    Did you try ringing CISA?

I have used Saunderson Security for EVVA 3KS keys and they seemed very good (they also stock Cisa Astral cylinders):

My parents had this problem with there front and back doors. The locksmith said it would cheaper to rip out the locks then chnage in the end they got new doors as they were getting on a bit.
  • Hi, I too got mine from Barnsley Lock & Safe Company 01226 203542 for £9.95 in free post. Got them next day well impressed. So I ordered another lock onto same key number and got it the next day too. :T locally and other online sites were all wasting my time.
