Well my windows is using 18.1 GB so id say quite easily yes
You could try reducing 'shadow service'

The other obvious is perform a DISC CLEANUP on c drive (RIGHT click and select PROPERTIES):idea:0 -
Disc cleanup was the first thing I did.
What is the memory in the D drive for? Can it be accessed?

D drive can be accessed just the same as C drive via COMPUTER
Its used for storage purposes (exactly the same as C drive except it doesnt have an operating system on it):idea:0 -
Do you have any folders of music\photos\videos on your desktop. If so move them onto the
Drive and that will free up some space. Like wise move your music folder in itunes to the D as well. remember to change the default music folder location in iTunes so it can find it. New PV club member. 3.99kW system. Solar Edge with 14 x 285W JA Solar panels. 55° West from south and 35° pitch.0
