Barclaycard Initial

I am thinking of applying for a Barclaycard Initial card- I have a poor credit rating due to a Scottish Trust Deed. Although this is now settled, they are still on my account.
Does anyone have any experience of this card and how lenient they are with accepting applications?

Well it say's it's a card for improving credit rating if your new to credit hence the higher apr also they tend to check Equifax.

According to http://www.stoozing.com/cards.htm Barclaycard can use both Experian and Equifax.

AFAIK from the 'low credit rating' cards Barclaycard Initial is the most difficult to get. Vanquis, Aqua, Capital One Classic are less 'choosy'. Even if their APR is higher, this is irrelevant if you pay balance in full.
