Help me identify this Costco cake.

  • I've got one so it'll have the ingredients on it. I'll put it up in a minute.

    Whoops wishful thinking, the container that the cake is in is sealed with the label with the ingredients on it and I've clearly thrown it away.

    It's just a fairly moist Christmas cake...you can go and look around Costco if you tell them you are interested in joining.

    Yep it's the real actual Costco one. It's just sold as Christmas cake, they only sell it from the end of October through to Christmas and it's always lovely. This years is a bit more moist that usual I think and there is less in the way of fruit and nut on the top.

    I think it was £8.99 but I've binned the label.

    I've sampled this cake at Costco and it is absolutely scrumptious :T - what's even more amazing is I don't even like fruit cake (in my defense, I was really hungry at the time I ate it :o) - I would definately buy one for Xmas :D.
