Spam reported in error?

When I click the arrow in the top left of my screen to go back one level, I get the "thank you for reporting this as spam" message! This is just since this morning.
I have looked at the threads I was reading (mostly in Small Biz) to see if any had disappeared or the "Not Spam?" button was showing. They seem ok, but I am worried that I have reported someone by accident.
