Cash back not paid thephoneworld.com
I took out a contract with thephoneworld.com
I took the contract out as it was a good deal as they give your cash back for your line rental. they're cash back procedure was you send them your bill every month and they will refund the line rental amount via cheque. 9 months constantly i recevied all my cheques but after that i heard nothing for months 10,11 and 12 although that was the promised deal. I have emailed them and rang them several times. They havent replied to any of my emails and so i rang them to chase up my chqs. It's a 0871 990 7740
number and waiting time was horrendous. You can imagine the bills i have incurred calling them. I waited over half hour and am still in a queue. Tried several days and times but they never seem to be anyone availble to speak too. I will definately not be doing any business with them again.

assuming they havent gone out of business or in the process of liquidation i would suggest you take them to court for breach of contract. Do a search for moneyclaim.gov.uk on these forums and you will find information on how other people got the cashback claims sorted from other companies.ummm...0
