Just seen on Vodafones website that if you top up £15 a month you will recieve 500 free texts a month for life. This coupled with the stop the clock offer, must make this one of the best value Pay As You Go Deals on the market at the moment for heavy texters and off peak callers. If I did not have a contract this is something I would definately go for.:j Free sim with £2 credit too at the moment from the website as well.

Yes but with o2 you dont get the off peak call offers like you do with Vodafones stop the clock.0 -
Good point but i'm still on the 300 txt and 300 wap minutes with O2 so use the WAP to surf the proper net on my unlocked Orange SPV. Takes a lot longer than GPRS but fine for checking footy scores etc.
I use that more than off peak mins.
Both great offers though, still can't understand people on contracts. THey say they get 'free minutes' - er, your paying £30 a month for those 'free' minutes.

not everyone pay £30 a month for those "free minutes". Quite a lot (just look on the forums) get huge cashback either from the dealer when taken out the phone or from the network when plan disconnect. For example my friend just got 1000 cross network offpeak for free over 12 months. And I got it for £1 a month as an O2 existing customer when contract was due to expire.0
