Smiley's not working for me

I have checked my options and settings and everything but the smiley's are not working for me. Any idea why? Is anyone else experiencing this?

I have the same problem. Neither of formatting buttons (including smiles) works. Ctrl+F5 (full refresh) helps sometimes, but for a short period of time only :sad:0
