Bad tummy, what can I eat? Any advice?

Hey
Me and my boyfriend have had a stomach bug since tuesday and basically anything we eat comes straight back out within an hour (not being sick-other end!)
I love my food and the only things that don't make things worse are plain pringles, smart price noodles without the curry powder sachet and plain biscuits (only things in the house that are really plain!)
Haven't been like this and missing having my mum in the house but as parents are now ill with this, don't want to bother them.
What can I eat?? Hoping someone with a bit more experience will know, am so tired of pringles and noodles!!! Never thought I'd hear myself say that!
We got a tesco delivery on thursday and have barely touched it so plenty of food in the house, just don't want to get the dodgy tummy any worse!
Thanks

if your parting with anything you eat id not eat anything for 24hrs just drink water as any food could be feeding the bug making it last longer. hope your better soon.Jan 2015 GC £267/£260

The annoying thing is that apart from feeling a bit weak from lack of food, I'm fine. Cant go to work though because I was there on tuesday and had to literally run out on a customer! Really embarassing! It's not everything I eat, but i had vegetable soup and that made me really ill whereas sitting eating pringles doesn't make us ill!
Will give some dry toast a try. Going to the local fireshow tonight to try and cheer myself up so don't want to eat beforehand as there won't be any toilets!
Thanks for the advice!!

That was always my mum's miracle cure for everything - washed down with flat coke
Funny thing is, nine times out of ten it made you feel better.

Plain boiled rice, Rich Tea biscuits and dry toast. ABSOLUTELY NO DAIRY! Flat Coca-Cola or 7-Up or plain water to drink. As you're losing a lot of fluids in your present state you need to be mindful that you must drink plenty, plenty, plenty0

Hiya, through experiance I would eat nothing for 24hrs and only drink water. You need to clear your stomach out and give it a rest to be able to fight the bug. Anything you do eat feeds the bug and you will have to start the 24 hours with no food again. After the 24hrs start with something light like a poached egg on toast or just toast. Def.No milk.
It will not be easy but you need to break the chain.
Best of luck and speedy recovery, JulieIf winter comes, can spring be far behind?

recommend the flat coke - but has to be the full sugar, stops you dehydrating-put a splash of warm water in it to take the chill off it & the fizz out and dont eat anything for 24hours as you're feeding the bugs, used this in Tunisia when dd really bad both "ends"skintbint x
