Hi all.
I have recently moved, in my old home i had virgin media broadband, phone and medium TV.
At my new address they could only offer me national broadband (though the phone line) and as i could not recieve the TV they told me they would send me a free, free view box.
Speaking to virgin today to enquire where this freeview box is i was told i won't be getting it after all! as they don't do that any more.
I want to change to sky anyway but worried about cancellation fees, but as virgin cannot offer me what was originally on offer and what i had agreed to can they still charge me the cancellation fee's? or can i challange it?
the other question is there a maxium canellation fee they can charge me. i have a 12 month contract.
thanks for any advice!
