I would try: 1) Find out which store/s accept those vouchers
2) Pre-reserve the items you want online or choose online with Item numbers
3) Call the store and explain situation, that you have item numers/pre reserved and ask if it is possible for them to run through the gift card number over the phone or if you can send the card via recorded deliv and them process and send you items in post

I am sure there is a way round you phyiscally going to the store -that is just a bit mad in this day and age!

Hi all thanks very much for your suggestions. we phoned a different manager again and he said that if we send the gift card with a shopping list to him they are more than willing to pack it all up. all we need to do is arrange a courier, which i have found on ebay for £9 and they will transport up to 30kg. so hopefully we are getting sorted.. many thanks again

Congrats and glad it's sorted. Seems a bit mean of them TBA. Surely using it online and in store is the same thing?!
