Gonna be a bother opening 450 separate banks accounts to ensure you have the £100,000 protection...Oh, wait. Just open an NS&I income bond @ 3.95% and enjoy £148,000/month :)

I'd start with one of these-
    http://www.sunseeker.com/yachts/46metretrideckyacht.php
and i'd cruise around the med whilst thinking of other ludicrous ways to spend every penny of it and have a brilliant time.
-Probably give the rolling stones £5m to play at my birthday party as well. spend , spend ,spend....

I've never done the lottery so i've never won a thing, but you could say i've saved a pound every week that i would have lost.

You wouldn't have a genuine friend left either. Just watch all those old schoolfriends who you always hated come crawling out of the woodwork. Would that be enough, do you think, to set up a really ethical bank who didn't have an Indian call centre and who actually put the interests of their customers first, rather than paying huge staff bonuses ?

I'd try and keep it a secret from most people. Can you decline all publicity?

I suppose most of the money would go into non-cash investments.
